About this campaign

My purpose for creating this t-shirt campaign is three-fold.  First of all, I see it as a more visible way to promote the healthy living ideals that I post about on my blog.  Secondly, I want to challenge you, the wearer of the t-shirt, to hold yourself to a higher level of responsibility for taking care of your body.  Finally, I simply want to tell more of the world in a creative way that I have a blog out there that they might want to check out.
