Work Hard. Be Nice.

I work in the music industry here in Nashville, TN, managing an up-and-coming artist and also working a few other jobs to survive.The music business is one of the most competitive, toughest andheartbreaking industries in the world. About three years ago I adopted the philosophy of "Work Hard. Be Nice." as a personal motto and roadmap to success. I began hashtagging it on social media and telling my friends of this simple motto. After a while I noticed it started catching and my friends have been telling me to make shirts in order to spread the message. So, that's what I'm doing. I'm not doing this to make money, but any proceeds will go to funding the next studio project for my independent artist who also lives by this motto.
