A Father in Need of Help for his Family

Hello, I've never been the type to ask for any kind of a handout, but in this case I feel like it is my last resort. I've always given back to those in need, and tried to help in my community. Unfortunately, I feel I must ask for help now, no matter my pride. Long story short, back when the government shutdown happened, my children's medical coverage through Medicaid was compromised because of this. After months of sending them in the applications, and my pay stubs they continually told us that they had never received the paper work. Well in June of 2014, my son fell and broke both bones in his fore arm. He required surgery, as well. Because of this, and the predicament Medicaid put us in, he has had no insurance to cover these expenses, and the company I work for will not allow me to put him on my coverage until Open Enrollment. We are behind on all of our bills, and I am extremely afraid of having our only car repossessed. If this happens it will make it almost impossible. I work 40 hours a week to do what I can for my 2 children, my wife, and my disabled mother. All I ask is if you can spare something, anything for a family during their greatest crisis, I would appreciate it more than you would ever know. I also believe in paying it forward, and I would absolutely pay this forward. Thank you so much for your time.
