About this campaign
This summer Third Church will explore the Scriptures in our Mission Possible Vacation Bible School. Volunteers and participants are encouraged to purchase a t-shirt to wear during the week of VBS. Funds raised will benefit our mission project, the rebuilding of Aleppo Presbyterian Church in Syria. The church building was severely damaged by bombing, but the members are staying in Syria, actively sharing the Gospel in the community. Let's help them in their rebuilding effort.
This year during Vacation Bible School, our volunteers will be wearing black and khaki, to fit in with our spy theme. Purchase a t-shirt and wear the Mission Possible logo all week! Children are also invited to wear the shirts. Our theme Scripture is on the back of the shirt to remind us that Nothing is impossible with God!
We hope to use this fundraiser to not only encourage our volunteers and participants to wear the shirts, but to raise additional funds for our Mission Recipient, the Aleppo Church in Syria. We are planning to talk about the persecuted church with our children and to educate them to the struggles that many Christians around the world face daily.
