USA Dog

We are hoping to offset some of these costs with your help. Our t-shirts will include many of the adopted dogs names and their "gotcha" date. (Date they were adopted from USA Dog). These dogs have become part of our families, filling our lives with joy, laughter, and awe. Every retired racer deserves to feel what it is like to be in a home with a loving family. They deserve to lay on comfortable dog beds, get spoiled with treats, outings, and be able to run for fun, not because they have to. For every adopted greyhound, two are saved. The one being adopted, and one taking its place at USA Dog. Every greyhound/lurcher that comes through USA Dog incurs some medical costs. Whether its getting them spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dental health addressed or general costs of feeding and caring for them while they are at our facility, it takes countless hours from our staff, volunteers and financial help from our supporters to get the job done. However, some of our Greys incur larger medical costs than others. Last year USA Dog had greyhounds come off the track with fractured leg(s), severe illness, and some of our greys waiting for their own gotcha date endured cancer treatments. All of our dogs receive the best medical attention from some of the top veterinarians and specialists in the area. In order to get these Greys adopted we must first address their medical issues and get them in top shape for their adopters.  This is where you come in. By purchasing a t-shirt you are supporting the continued efforts of USA Dog and will have the opportunity to proudly promote Greyhound adoption efforts, all while having a unique shirt showing your dogs name and where they came from. Additional donations are always welcome and appreciated and go directly to USA Dog at the end of our campaign.
