Autumn is a 17 year old young lady in the 10th grade.Autumn was diagnosed with Hypo Thyroid's disease in 2008.Autumn recently apply for and got a job at Tim Hortons bake shop.She wanted to buy her first car.Unfortunately Autumn could not handle work and school both and she had to quite her job.Autumn is a strong young lady and tries so hard to balance her life with Thyroid's disease.Please help her if you can and keep her in your prayers.Thank you
