This is showing the fact that you, or someone close to you, survived a Traumatic Brain Injury. The shirt is asking people to be nice to us and love us which goes in relation to our family and friends. They despise us because we are not the same person as before and we cannot go back. 

There are people who have suffered from a Traumatic Brain Injury and their lives have been changed for ever.
