Harmony, Oinks & Greens

Baby Banks is a mini potbellied pig. She came into our lives two years ago and absolutely nothing has been the same since. The furniture is all over the place, the bed is never made, the dog is never happy, the garden is all dug up and the turtles food is always gone. But the humans in this house have never worn such smiles. Baby Banks is an amazing soul. So communicative, social, playful. Always learning, always eager, always trying. I have often thought about from where my food comes and I have often changed what I consume. However no one has ever had a bigger imprint on me personally. While yes I am now vegan, I do not suggest that you should be too. I do however encourage you to learn more about what you put into your body or even just how much of it we each consume. I use to think an egg Mc Muffin (tm) was a delight. Until I realize it was an animal on top of an animal on top of animal. There is much to be said about balance and meatless Mondays. So that is what many people want to know about us first but the rest, the rest is history.
