About this campaign

We are always trying to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis...Here is just another way to help! Proceeds from every TEAM LILY shirt will go to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Lily is an amazing 7 year old little girl with Cystic Fibrosis. She's gone through so much in her little life time. TEAM LILY is a group of family and friends who follow her journey & support her every step of the way! Every year we become closer & closer to finding that cure for this horrible disease that affects the lives of so many people. Thank you in advance to everyone ordering a t-shirt. The CF Great Strides Walk will be Saturday, May 16th, 2015 at the Louisville Slugger Field. Please join us! :)
