Team Jacob is back in 2015 for the 6th Annual Hope & Heroes Walk! This year's logo is The Bookworm, symbolizing Jacob's love of books.

Team Jacob is back in 2015 for the 6th Annual Hope & Heroes Walk! This year's logo is The Bookworm, symbolizing Jacob's love of books. We're proud to walk again to support the exemplary programs for children with cancer and blood disorders at Columbia University Medical Center.

It's hard to believe that Jacob would be 18 years old now but it's easy to see him as a handsome young man, still lighting up rooms and still in love with books and reading. Buying a t-shirt will not only support Team Jacob but it will also bring a little of his light into your life and that of those around you.
