About this campaign

Team Jacob is walking for the 5th year in the Hope & Heroes Walk. Whether you can walk with us or not, buying a Team Jacob t-shirt will help us reach our goal of $7,500. Wear it with pride!

Jacob was rarely without a triangle of his favorite waffle, which we dubbed "Power Pack" because we boosted the protein, fiber and fat to make sure he got enough of those things. They really kept him on the go, which is why we picked the waffle logo for Team Jacob to wear proudly in the 5th Annual Hope & Heroes Walk. After you get your shirt, cook up a batch using the recipe on the back!
