About this campaign

This is the third year that Team Cowboy has participated in PCRF Reaching for the Cure, in memory of Jason Hughes. We continue to reach for a cure for childhood cancer. Please help by purchasing this great t-shirt for $20.

Shirts will be delivered approximately 2 weeks after the campaign closes.

The Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation is hosting the 16th Annual Reaching for the Cure Run & Ride, which includes a Half Marathon, 10K Run, 5K Run/Walk, 1K Kids' Fun Run, and Bike Tour on March 29-30, 2013. For serious runners, casual joggers and walkers, cyclists, volunteers and spectators in Southern California, this 2-day charity run, walk, and bike event funds research that will help find a cure for children's cancer.

For those of you who don't know much about why Team Cowboy does this event, here is the reason. My son, Jason, was diagnosed with a brain tumor at 3-years-old. He lost his battle with brain cancer in November 2006. We remember his smile, laughter, and love of all things cowboy everyday. Team Cowboy was created to help remember him and support PCRF in hopes that others will not have to lose as much as we have. Loving him always!
