About this campaign

Tipton County Paws and Claws has created and aggressive program to prevent puppies and kittens from ever entering our shelter through the P.A. L. Program!

Tipton County Paws and Claws created the P.A. L. Program (Prevent A Litter) to help combat the pet OVERpopulation. When puppies and kittens are surrendered to the shelter, but the owner keeps the mom, Paws and Claws offers a FREE spay so we can prevent future litters ending the cycle forever. We also work with many families in the community to help get their litters in to rescue, instead of them surrendering them to the shelter, and finally we spay the mom. We believe wholeheartedly that this program will make a difference and offers families another option for their puppies and kittens and ultimately stops the cycle.
