About this campaign

This is to make people feel "normal" upon other TBI survivors.

I was assaulted with a baseball bat a few blocks away from the old Yankee Stadium. I was in a coma for a week. I went to rehabilitation to learn how to walk, talk and learning how to be an adult all over again. My life was altered forever. The words of "Traumatic Brain Injury" was not popular back in 1988 when I was assaulted. Now it is a major issue due to the soldiers coming back home with a TBI. The public is now suffering also. There are many articles in the news about someone who has suffered a TBI. So I do not feel alone any more. I created this page with current news about TBI, PTSD, CTE and concussion, in order to share the news and make TBI survivors to feel that they are not alone.
