Thoroughbred Placement Resources, Inc. (TPR) was founded in 2007 and exists to improve the lives of Thoroughbred racehorses. Through placement, education and support we strive to make a difference. We are a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization run solely by volunteers.All donations and contributions go toward helping us retrain and find forever homes for retired Thoroughbred racehorses.We are a GuideStar Gold Participant and are accredited by both the Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries and the Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance.
