About this campaign

Heart to Heart Animal Rescue came into existance when Dr. Henry of Carteret Animal Hospital took over the Outreach Clinics in Otway, providing affordable vaccination and heartworm testing / prevention to Down East residents. We have since expanded our efforts to the fostering of ill, injured or homeless animals with a focus on recorery, rehabilitation, socialization and securing permanent homes for these animals. We are planning to extend our efforts to the outer banks in 2016.
