Squat for Cancer

Here at Evolutionary Health we want to impact the world. What could make a better impact on our world than improving cancer research and providing hope to children with cancer.

In order to make a difference we have decided to put our brains and our brawn to raising money for cancer research. We decided to utilize our favorite mode of exercise to help combat cancer. We want you to Squat for Cancer.

During the month of February we will be holding a contest to raise money for the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.

The Contest This contest is all about squatting. How much can you squat during the month of February. The contest is designed so the playing field is level for everyone. There will be prizes for the top 4 individuals. The Rules Points will be awarded as follows 1 Point for a Body Weight Squat (no additional weight) x Points for a 1 Times BW Squat (i.e. 170 Pound Squat for a 170 Pound Person) x Points for a 2 Times BW Squat (i.e. 340 Pound Squat for a 170 Pound Person) 1 Point for each additional dollar donated.
