Scotty's House MDT T-Shirt Fundraiser

Thank you for supporting the Scotty’s House Multi-Disciplinary Team.  When a child is the victim of sexual abuse, Scotty’s House, child protective services, and the criminal justice community work together to provide a timely and appropriate response.

To promote the coordination and teamwork needed to ensure such a response—and to minimize additional trauma to children—we have established a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) comprised of professionals from local law enforcement, child protective services, prosecution, medical, counseling, and Scotty’s House staff.  MDT meetings are held regularly with representatives from each involved agency to review each case. Every case is followed through to final disposition. This communication and coordination increases the number of cases that can be successfully resolved.  Your support helps us to fulfill our duty to protect children and bring those who abuse them to justice.
