Sarah's Skating Fund

Sr. Level Figure Skater, the typical girl next door, she's competing against others that have a lot of money. For most skaters, if you don't have money, you don't make it, I think she gives hope to those who think only the elite or rich can make dreams come true. She's got a gift and the passion to do it with only 3 lessons a week, she teaches Learn To Skate in Provo to pay for that third lesson and travels from Payson to Bountiful to work with her coaches each week. She just sold her electric guitar to help pay entrance fees and her parents are working to put together what they can to make it possible for her to attend the competition, but can't afford to take her coach too.

The focus would be on hope for those who see the princess on ice take charge and make things happen, not just let circumstances tell her what she can and can't do. She can do triple jumps, spins and footwork like some of the top skaters in the USA, thanks to hard work, dedication and a passion for the sport. She home schools so she can train and teach, she is an A student with interests in archery, painting (she painted the archer on this shirt) and is simply an amazing example for the little ones she teaches.
