Samaritan Outreach Services has been feeding the food insecure families of Highland County, Ohio for over 25 years. We run a full-choice food pantry, provide garden plants and seeds in the spring, serve as an Ohio Benefit Bank site, and coordinate the Highland County Toys for Tots program.
