About this campaign

We are an organization dedicated to helping abused, neglected, and unwanted horses, but not to exclude other animals if need be. Karren Cooper who is a disable veteran also rescues German Shepherds to rehab & find loving homes for them. We are a 501(3)c organization

Safe Haven has been around for 10 years and the journey to rescuing horses & other unwanted animals has been an up down happy sad & sometimes miraculous. Karren, the Founder of this organization, is also a disabled veteran who seems to also be a German Shepherd whisperer along with watching her literally whispering to all the other animals to calm them is truly a blessing. To see them fight to show the world they have something to offer humans is so amazing it's increditable but then you also see when their spirit has been defeated and they want their journey to end with dignity is so incredibly sad.  Here a Safe Haven we show these majestic animals love compassion 24/7.  Sometimes it takes months or years to finally let them know what a loving touch or a caring word actually feels like but with your help in this campaign we can continue the journey of love
