One Dog at a Time ODAAT T's are ready for SUMMER!!!

Let me give all of you all something to ponder. The state of PA has 60 Dog Wardens. A Dog Warden enforces 3 things: 1. Strays 2. Licensing, Kennels and vaccination of dogs 3. Vicious Dog Reports. Anything of any other matter is NOT in their job description, nor are they able to enforce anything else. The Humane Officers enforce ONLY the Humane Laws...so take time to read up on them. In the State of PA...Dogs are Personal Property!!!!! You can shoot them...they are your dog. State and local Police are to use their discretion...Open to interpretation. If you would like to change things in PA...then do something about it!!!! I hate POLITICS, but it is a necessary EVIL!! That's what the Voice for the Voiceless DEMANDS!!! Period. If you want to change things...Get Educated! I tried to figure out what WE could do as a Group...UNITED ...for the dogs being abused and neglected. One thing everyone agrees upon is that the dog, who lives on a chain, tied to a box...needs help. We all agree that fresh dry straw to keep them warm, water that isn't frozen and some food for their belly, would be a great start. Until we change the Laws...that is all we can do by LAW, with the permission of the owner! Together we can make a change.. One Dog at a TIME!
