Help Randy Fight Brain Cancer

Randy's Story-

Randy was recently diagnosed with Stage IV Glioblastoma Brain Cancer. Randy has always been a very athletic, healthy person,  when suddenly,  towards the end of March, Randy began having slurred speech and trouble concentrating.  He immediately went to a Neurologist and after undergoing a MRI, it was discovered that he had 2 spots on his brain.  Randy was then referred to a Neurosurgeon with UT Southwestern where a biopsy was preformed.  On Monday, March 30th, 2015, Shannon and Randy received the devasting news that the spots are Stage IV Glioblastoma Cancer.  He will soon begin the ongoing treatment of radiation and chemo therapy.

About the Edmonds Family-

Randy and Shannon will celebrate their 17th year of marriage in July of this year.  They have two beautiful girls, Kendall and Kylie and their dog Bailey.  They have been part of the Coppell community for over 10 years.  Randy and Shannon attend Irving Bible Church, where Randy has graciously volunteered his time to work with the middle school boys ministry.  The family is relying on their strong faith in God to help get them through this difficult time.

Randy is an easy going, fun-loving guy!  He is always the life of the party with his fun personality and sarcastic jokes.  He is a great husband, a super dad, and is always there to help his friends and church.  He enjoys fishing, riding his bike, hunting, and living LIFE!  Randy has always felt a calling to witness to all and share the message of Jesus.
