About this campaign

Celtic Hospice has teamed up with Palliative Care Support Trust in Africa with the help from Global Partners in Care’s Partner Program. Palliative Care Support Trust works to support, promote and develop palliative care services to patients in Malawi, Africa and the surrounding communities.

Celtic is asking you to join us in this campaign by purchasing a Hope shirt for only $17. The funds that we raise will help support families in need of palliative care resources. Our goal is to raise $5,000 throughout the year. Help us raise awareness by wearing your shirt every Friday!

The money we raise will go towards hiring a Palliative Care RN, medication or nutritional products.
