Priceless Soul Cancer Support Campaign

The Djanbazian Dance Company will be travelling to Armenia to celebrate their 75th anniversary with the world premiere of “Priceless Soul” and the premiere of an original dance production depicting the history and development of women in Armenia. The “Priceless Soul” ballet was created as a tribute to the life of Albert Djanbazian, the younger brother of Artistic Director and Choreographer Anna Djanbazian. Inspired by his heroic battle with cancer, this dance production reflects on the strength of the human spirit while enduring hardship. By taking “Priceless Soul” to Armenia, our goal is to bring cancer awareness to the international stage. We not only remember and honor Albert Djanbazian’s memory, but also for all those who have suffered from this life threatening disease. Whether they won their battle or lost, we mourn their pain and rejoice with the survivors. This piece remembers all the priceless souls who left the world too early and provides emotional support to those who are still fighting or know someone who is going through this tough battle.
