Precious's Angels

We started this Campaign so we can get some of Precious's vet expenses paid down and to help towards her ongoing care. Precious came into our rescue malnourished, with a baby on her side and a large mass on her hind leg. Upon seeing a equine vet they said she needed surgery and a biopsy immediately to see if she had a Fungus infection in her leg called Pythium. The biopsy did come back as Pythium and now we are going to keep fighting and trying to save Precious and pull her through this. Most horses do not pull through this and have to be euthanized. We are working closely with our great vets and a company that makes and sells topical and oral Pythium medicine in hopes of pulling her through this. We are seeing slight progress and it's looking hopeful!
