About this campaign
My name is Leanne Joyce and I am the 15-year-old Founder and President
of Positive Impact for Kids a 501 (c)(3) non-profit. I raise money and
purchase requested items from hospital wish lists across the
country. Examples of donations include iPads, gift cards and gaming
systems which are used to provide education, socialization and
distraction to hospitalized children and teens. My goal is to decrease
the hospitalized children's anxiety, pain and stress while increasing
their self-esteem. So far I have helped 60 hospitals provide better
emotional and physical care to over 200,000 children. I have raised
$30,000 with a goal of raising $100,000 by my high school graduation in
