IMG_20150113_2003140262jpgHello, my name is WindieThomley& My husband’s brother Mark Shirley from Rehobeth,Al needs your help. Sat Jan 10th 2015 Mark was a victim of a life threatingbrain Injury (his brain was bleeding). He was on the way to pick his wife up from work sat night & never showed up.... He was found in a stranger’s front yard unresponsive. 911 was called & Mark was taken to the ER in a small town (Bonifay,fl) were they did an MRI & discovered his brain was bleeding & wasn’t sure why, that hospital regrettably wasn't able to care for Mark. Mark was moved to South East Alabama Medical, Dothan, AL were we were told that a Nero surgeon was on staff. When he arrived they did a second MRI & he was rushed into emergency Brian surgery. Before they could do surgery he was given Platelets to help his blood clot.... because Back in June of 2014 Mark underwent a heart valve replacement surgery. He was given blood thinners to help make sure he didn't have any issues with his heart, Mark was doing like he was told & unfortunately because of the blood thinners during this visit they were unable to do surgery right away, afraid thathis blood was too thin for this risky surgery. They told us the surgery was to imbed a tube in the center of his brain to relievethe swelling & drain the blood off. Hours went by which seemed like a life time for us & the rest of his family. Mark has 2 children, 4 grandchildren, 2 brothers and a Mother & a father-in-law along with many others that love him dearly. We sat in that room along with other loved ones just waiting..... Wanting to know something…PRAYING to GOD that he would pull through. Hours later we got the news that Mark was in CCU, he was stable. It was a blessing he was alive. At that moment i knew he was going to be fighting for his life and that he has a long road of recovery ahead of him. Mark is the sole provider for his family. He has no medical insurance &works for an employer that don’t offerit. He had looked into other forms of insurance but this happened faster than anyone could have anticipated. Mark & his family need your help. We need Prayers & lots of them for a speedy & healthy recovery. He will need help with all the medical expenses this set back has caused him & his family. Every little bit will help. Mark is currently on day 3 & has many more days to come.I’m not asking for a large amount from anyone, just what you can spare. Every little bit will help. I have set a small goal in hopes that we can reach this, knowing that the cost of all this will be way more than what I’m asking. It’s a start. We all know what it’s like to struggle. Life is just one big struggle & this is justtemporary until we are called home by our Lord & Savor

So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. – 2 Corinthians 4:18

I thank you from the Bottom of my heart for taking the time to stop & read this. if you can’t help with a donation, can you please say a prayer for him. if you don’t pray that’s fine too. Just please spread the word
