About this campaign

The Eastern Shore Spay Organization purpose is the prevention of cruelty to animals by providing funds and subsidies to pet owners for spay/neuter services for cats and dogs to prevent overpopulation. Offer information on the benefits of spay/neuter for pets and outdoor domestic animals. We also work to control the population of community/feral cats with spay/neuter services.

This fundraiser will aid ESSO efforts to offer low cost monthly PETA Spay/Neuter events. Educate residents on the importance of early spay/neutering to prevent unexpected kittens and puppies. Provide funds and subsidies to pet owners to spay/neuter their cats and dogs. Sponsor ESSO’s Yearly Community/Feral Cat FREE Spay/Neuter Day, where PETA does the FREE surgery, provide a rabies shot and ID for up to 30 community/feral cats to slow the overpopulation here on Virginia’s Eastern Shore.

We are responsible for the animals. ESSO is a fabulous organization and they are doing valuable work to stop the suffering of animals due to overpopulation.
