About this campaign

Project Generation Gap Needs your help. Our goal is to raise funds to send local kids to Rancho Alegre Farm's summer camp July 14-18th. Rancho Alegre Farms has graciously agreed to reduce the price of camp to $100 for our kids so every 5 tshirts sold means 1 kid goes to camp! In addition, for each $20 donation, you get one AWESOME organic tshirt designed by PGG volunteer, Malik Jalal. After we reach our $1000 goal, additional funds raised will go toward our supporting our exciting plans to further serve the community. Project generation Gap believes that traditional growing methods are being lost and our food supply is being compromised. Using the garden as the genesis, PGG intends to ‘bridge the gap’ between our elders and our youth, food producers and consumers. Our vision is to create a community of intergenerational gardeners; cultivating relationships as they cultivate the land using sustainable, respectful growing practices. Through educational programming, volunteerism and hands- on workshops, we intend to reinforce the three main pillars of any sustainable community: education, stewardship and respect.
