About this campaign

As a classroom teacher I see so much. You are not really prepared in college to take on the difficulties and tragedies that some families go through. The Moison-Sadler family has had tremendous tragedy the past few years and it has just become worse. Paula is the janitor at our school and Taylor is my 4th grade student. Tragically, Paula's daughter; Taylor's aunt, was taken away from her family due to complications from influenza. She leaves behind a 3-year old daughter and a family who has already been torn apart by death and hardship. Please help me raise money for this family. All money raised will go directly to the Moison-Sadler family.

Taylor has been my student for the past two years. I teach at a very small school and this will be my second year there. Taylor has kind of grown on me. She has struggled in the past, both emotionally and academically, and I can truly see such a change in her after coming to our school. Although her family struggles financially, she has created a little dog walking business for a group of boys in Uganda (our pen pals for the past two years) that are struggling a little bit more. I've never seen a young person with the kindness she displays and this is why I created this shirt, for her, for Taylor. Please help me show her that with many, we can be a force of change and a force of hope. Kindness truly can change the world and with this family, they need your kindness desperately right now.
