Ohio River Trail Council Memorial Ride T-Shirt

The bicycle community has joined together to honor the memory of three cyclists who have been killed in recent automobile collisions on PA Route 51 or Bike PA Route A. We seek compassion and support to initiate a change in culture that fosters mutual respect among all people who share the road. This t-shirt commemorates the memorial ride that visited the sites of the crashes, where white painted "Ghost Bikes" have been placed as a dignified and somber monument to the victims. These bikes serve as a reminder of the avoidable tragedies that occurred on an otherwise anonymous street while conveying a quiet statement in support of cyclists’ right to safe travel.
