More than a Number

The choice of the words "More than a number" comes from my research on domestic abuse. There were so many records of abuse, statistics to prove everything, it helped open my eyes tremendously. However, with only the statistics to look at, it was a very dehumanizing effect. The point I wanted to convey was simple, the survivors are more than a number. They're people, friends, siblings, moms, dads, kids even. They're someones loved ones. They're living, breathing people. Not just some number.
So the design was crafted, including the domestic violence purple ribbon to portray that train of thought, furthering the fight to stop the violence and start the care.
All money collected here will go to the YWCA of Topeka as a part of my Rock Creek JR/SR Exit Project.
