About this campaign

For those of you that don't know what Gastroparesis is, it basically means 'stomach paralyzed'. The stomach can be paralyzed to the extent it does not work at all; requiring a person to have a feeding tube. In other cases a small easy to digest meal can take days to process in their body. Some of us (like myself) have a stomach that process food slower than the average person, but we are able to maintain enough nutrition on our own with supplements and what we can consume by mouth in a day.

But gastroparesis is more than just a 'slow stomach'. We suffer from: pain, bloating, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, dehydration, malnutrition, headaches and much more on a daily basis.

Millions of people suffer from this condition, yet in the medical community we still do not have a cure and very limited treatment options. This is why awareness is so important.

WHY THIS SHIRT?
This fundraiser shirt is based off of a design I had in my on-line store www.GPfight.bigcartel.com. Since it was hard to know exactly how many in what size I needed to carry, I have decided to discontue selling shirts and focus more of my efforts on the other awareness items I sell. However, a large number of you were messaging me that you wanteda snail shirt. Others wanted our store to carry green shirts. So I listened and came up with this creation.

WHERE DOES MY DONATION GO?
Any proceeds from the fundraiser will be used for Gastroparesis Awareness, including a donation to www.IFFGD.org. Their website will appear on the back of the shirt as well as my personal website and store site.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY SHIRT?
The price is set at $20. We need to sell a minimum of 20 shirts by the end of the fundraiser, or none will beprinted. At the end of the fundraiser Booster will print the (20+ sold) shirtsand they will send them to each of you that made a purchase! They estimateit will take about 2WEEKS after the fundraiser ends to receive yourshirt. SHIRTS ARE ONLY SHIPPED WITHIN THE USA.

WHAT IF I DO NOT WANT A SHIRT BUT WANT TO MAKE A DONATION TO GASTROPARESIS AWARENESS?
We have a 'donation' button on the page for your convenience. As stated above a portion of the donation proceeds will go to IFFGD. If you have a specific request, let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you accordingly.
