Mark & Alyson's Adoption

We never know why God allows difficult things to come into our lives. When we first got the news that it would be next to impossible for us to have children it was like our world, hopes, and dreams had crumbled. I've spoken about the Sovereignty of God, sung songs about it, even preached a time or two about it, but this time God was asking me if I was really going to believe it. We know that no matter what happens to us in this life, God has a way of taking the bad things that happen, and using them for our good, and His glory! We've stopped asking why and started trusting that His plan is better for us. His plan is better than any plan that we could come up with on our own! Ephesians 1: 5-8 states: "In love he predestined us for adoption as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved. In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, which he lavished upon us..." Our prayer for you is that you will come to experience the grace, love, and forgiveness of Jesus Christ in your life! Thanks for helping with our adoption!
