About this campaign

lupus is a chronic, autoimmune disease that damages different parts of your body. it causes much pain to the person that has it. Help me, help my family and these women understand their disease.

lupus is a chronic, autoimmune disease that damages different parts of your body. in lupus something goes wrong in your immune system, which means that the persons body will send autoantibodies that attach send destroy healthy tissue. These autoantibodies cause inflammation, pain, and much damage to your body. Lupus is also a disease of flares, in which give you symptoms that worsen and make you feel very ill. Research estimates that at least 1.5 million Americans have lupus, this also includes my mother, grandmother, and many family friends. I would like to raise money to help the women with this horrible disease, and help them understand more about the disease they have. there is little to know about how to help these patients, and little even known about the disease itself I plan to help with this issue with the help of others!
