WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT. HELP HER RAISE THIS MONEY FOR HER TRANSPLANT...HELP HER REACH HER GOAL AND SHOW AWARENESS OF HER ILLNESS

Hi my name is Anastacia Drake and I am 27 years. I was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis at age 21. I'm not going to let this disease take over my life, or take my life. Some days can really get hard. I have to be on oxygen 24/7, but I try to stay positive about it.I used tolove to go to the track and walk and justenjoy the fresh air. I used to volunteer at the nursing homes and hospitals, butthis disease has taken this all away fromme. I've always had dreams of having my own family, but now I'm afraid I won't be around for them. Doctors told me that my lungs are severly damaged and are deteriorating daily. I am in dire need of a lung transplant within the next six months to a year. I need to raise $10,000 to take care of relocation expenses, medical expenses not covered by my insurance, and travel expenses. The doctors say, with the surgery, life expectancy is 5-8 years, but without it, less than that. But I know God has a plan for me and my life.I am asking anyone that can find it in their heart to help me, to please dontate for the cause. I really appreciate your help.
