L.E.A.F. Track Club was started in 2014 by Dr. Robert Etheridge who desires to build today's youth in the areas of Leadership, Education, Athletics and Fitness. Other members of the LTC staff include, Kirk Mensah, Carly Mensah and Tamarra Okoya.

L.E.A.F Track & Field club is a USA Track & Field Registered, nonprofit organization which is supported monetarily by community contributions, fundraising and solicitation.
