LIVE life 1 beat at a time (Raising heart health awareness)

Hello,
My name is Jen I am a 32 year old wife and mother of 2 very active boys. I found out right before my 30th birthday that I had heart problems. That was the start of my "cardiac marathon". Over the next 18 months, I would learn quite a lot about the heart, problems can be rather complex, they can take a toll on you physically, mentally, emotionally etc....and not just on the patient, but the patients family. I underwent 5 heart procedures within 13 months of each other. It was concluded that 4 of the procedures FAILED. I would undergo my 5th and final procedure May 2014, which was a Dual Chamber (single lead for now) pacemaker. 
One night in October 2013 when I couldn't sleep I thought of THIS saying, and had it put on a wristband. It has been a GREAT daily reminder to me. Because sometimes you just have to: LIVE life 1 beat at a time AND keep your FAITH-HOPE-STRENGTH. I wanted to put in onto a t-shirt. So HERE is the final product!
If there is anything I took away from all of this, it is THIS:
1- Heart problems can happen at ANY age. And there are so many types of heart issues.
2-Heart procedures are not cheap! I was blessed and am very fortunate to have amazing health insurance. I don't know that we would have done without it. SO I am trying to start a Heart Foundation to help those in the Valley I live in with expenses here and there. (Gas, hotel, a monthly payment, just all the little expenses that add up during a time like this etc....) If we can ease the mind of one in time of need in any way, help lift a burden then mission will be accomplished! 
3-Support is an INCREDIBLE thing! I was very blessed to be surrounded by Angels! My family and friends kept me going. Sometimes all you need is to KNOW that someone IS there for you. I want to start the Foundation to help others know that they are NOT alone in their fight, or heart journey.
4-"NO ACT OF KINDNESS NO MATTER HOW SMALL IS EVER WASTED!" Boy did I learn that to be true. My family was blessed by many acts of kindness great or small during my heart journey. I want to be able to PAY IT FORWARD! And help others the way we were during that hard and trying time.
I truly believe there is a reason I had the thought of starting this foundation in the first place, AND a reason it keeps reoccurring. haha I know there are people to help, hearts to heal, lives to touch, burdens to ease, spirits to lift, support to lend and it can happen once I get this Foundation up and running. This foundation needs to be started! Any extra money will then go into the Foundation once we can get it up and running. I know it will start out small. BUT by SMALL and SIMPLE things, great things are brought to pass right?
