About this campaign
We are honoring the memory of Leo Bozak by paying it forward and helping others. Our goal is to raise funds in honor of Leo to support other families in the Down syndrome community.

Leo Bozak was a member of our beloved Down syndrome community. He was born on Nov.1, 2015 with a heart defect called AVSD. On June 29, 2016 he underwent open heart surgery to repair his little heart. He fought a brave fight for 43 long days, enduring additional surgeries, complications, and setbacks before saying his final farewes on August 10, 2016.
