Laura's Rescued Kitty Cats

I contacted Laura about a black cat whose photo I had seen on her Facebook page, but it was already adopted. I had lost my cat to cancer the year before and thought that was the cat for me. Laura told me about another cat she had named Luna, who had been in rescue for 1 1/2 years. Nobody wanted her because she had a nervous condition that made her chew bald patches in her fur. Everyone thought Luna wasn't adoptable, but Laura never gave up. I saw a photo of Luna, bald spots and all, and just fell in love with her. Laura was so excited she drove 8 hours from New Jersey to West Virginia to personally bring Luna to me. Its been 9 months and Luna is the sweetest and playful little cat who, by the way, is now completely covered in beautiful black fur. I started this project to give back to Laura's rescue, not only for the bundle of joy she gave me, but to help expenses for the tireless efforts she makes day and night to find forever homes for homeless cats.
