Our dad, Larry Chamberlain, has been diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma and Amyloidosis.  Multiple Myeloma is a blood cancer that affects bone marrow and other organs.  Amyloidosis, which is very rare, is a protein disorder in the blood that causes the organs to work improperly and shut down.  There is currently no cure for either, but we are blessed to have access to the best medical care in the world in Houston.  Medical care is costly, especially since he is unable to work due to being required to wear an external heart defibrillator and weekly chemo treatments.  He is experiencing heart problems, lung complications, and issues with other organs due to the Amyloidosis.  Please help us defray expenses for our parents.  Most importantly, please pray for our family and other families affected by this type of cancer.  Thank you so much for your love, prayers, and support!  Amanda Cobb and Georgeanne Chamberlain
