About this campaign

Local high school and junior college coaches often lack the financial backing from their respective institutions in order to further their professional careers. Support David Cordova Marroquin raise funds for the National Soccer Coaches Association of America "National Diploma"

Shirts will be delivered approximately 2 weeks after the close date.

In 1999, David Cordova Marroquin began his journey by taking an opportunity as the head coach of Irvington High School's JV boys soccer program. This minute experience, combined with collegiate playing experience at Ohlone College and CSU, Hayward, opened up the door to the next level of coaching as in 2003 he was offered the position of Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at Ohlone College in Fremont. Since then, David has had the opportunity to work with different high schools, including Boys and Girls Varsity at Irvington and is currentlythe Girls Varsity Head Coach at Washington High School while simultaneously maintaining his position at Ohlone. Unfortunately neither of these organizations has the funding to support career development as David looks to enhance, learn and contribute to the local soccer culture in the Fremont area. "Know the Game" campaign seeks to raise the necessary funds to assist with the cost of the coaching education course work offered through the National Soccer Coaches Association of America's "National Diploma". Your contribution will directly help off set the cost of the workshop to be held in June 2014 in San Francisco CA. www.nscaa.comSupport David learn, develop and achieve.
