About this campaign
Love Learning Empowermentis an education outreach initiative founded by Tiffany Buchanan. In order to structure and offer anti-bullying workshops andoutreach initiatives to reach students and schools across Chicago we need additional resources.Empower with us!
Love Learning Empowermentwas founded in 2010 by Tiffany Buchanan.Ms. Buchanan has a background teaching at the collegiate level for the last decade working in traditional, hybrid and virtual campuses. After studying education iniquity during her graduate work she has focused her energyoutside the walls of academia with children; the future. This campaign would allow Love Learning Empowerment to build and offer anti-bullying anddomestic violence workshops.
According to (Stop Bullying, 2014) 1 in 4 students in America has or will endure bullying at school. This is an alarming statistic impacting all neighborhoods and communities. Chicago is particularly plagued with issues of bullying and violence. Our goal is to reach the children, to recreate a sense of self-esteem and personal responsibility in shaping the world we live in. We are the key to stop bullying!
