About this campaign

For the second year, Joey has designed a t-shirt to help promote Autism Awareness, and is donating all proceeds to Autism of DE. Please help him reach his goal!

Joey was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome at age 9. Until then, he struggled to understand the differences between him and other children. After his diagnosis, Joey became a much more confident kid. Although he still struggles in certain situations, he continues to view his Autism as a blessing and not an adversity. I am so very proud to be Joey's Mom; he has taught me so much more in his 12 years than I could ever teach him.
