Jessica Powell Fundraiser

On Valentines Day Jescie, age 27, was airlifted after being stabbed.  2 of Jescie's good friends/coworkers did not survive and one child was airlifted as well.  Jescie worked many years as a CNA and did not have medical insurance.  She is in the ICU Trauma Unit with an estimated time of one month. She underwent several hours of heart surgery to repair the damage and had to be placed on a ventilator to breathe.  She will need several months of therapy and medical care before returning to work and all funds raised will be used for medical bills and health related therapy.  About Jescie, she is one of 4 children.  She loves life and singing. She loves old movies and is always finding a way to make someones day better.  She had been married for 10 months and was separated from her husband for 3 weeks. She lost her home and most of her belongings, including clothing and transportation.
