Please show your love and support for Jeremy by purchasing a custom t-shirt with Jeremy’s favorite saying: “Fire it Up”

Proceeds from each t-shirt sale go directly to Jeremy. We are asking anyone who plans on attending the benefit in May to purchase a t-shirt to wear to the benefit. They will not be for sale at the benefit. So please purchase them ahead of time. Even if you can’t attend in May, we strongly encourage everyone to purchase a t-shirt and continue to show your support for Jeremy. Fire it Up!

Jeremy has been dealing with a very serious medical situation. He was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease that has caused serious damage to his liver. This illness has caused permanent scarring and damage to his liver. He recently spent a cumulative total of 38 days in the hospital, starting at Millard Fillmore to then be transferred to ICU at Strong Memorial in Rochester, NY where he concluded his stay there in the Solid Organ Transplant Unit. The damage has progressed to the point that he needs a liver transplant.

As you can imagine, the medical cost are enormous and we are trying to alleviate some of that cost by raising money for Jeremys transplant. Proceeds from each t-shirt sale will be donated to Jeremy's liver tranplant fund.
