Support Jeremy and Testicular Cancer Awareness

21 year old Jeremy found a mass on his left testicle on Feb 20, 2014. Went in to see the doctor on Feb 25th and the doctor did not like what she felt. Ultrasound was set up for the next day. On Feb 28th Jeremy's left testicle was removed and the surgeon suspected cancer.  A cancer diagnosis was confirmed along with the news of the cancer had spread to lymph nodes. Jeremy has taken a leave of absence from work for 9 weeks of chemotherapy treatment. Jeremy not only needs help with medical expenses but also with testicular cancer awareness. Women are told to do self breast exams monthly but males are not told to do testicle checks. Testicular cancer affects males ages 15-39. Please help Jeremy with his medical expenses and testicular cancer awareness.
