About this campaign

I'm raising money for the cystic fibrosis Great Strideswalk this May - and you can be a part of the team by donating and purchasing a shirt for the walk- or showing your support wherever you live anytime you wear it!

This t-shirt reflects my motto: "Survive, Hope, Live" - which are wordsI wear everyday engraved on a medal around my neck since my first lung transplant... it reminds me that in my daily battles I am surviving and winning the fight againstCF, and amcommitted to raising money and awareness to provide hope for a better future for everyone with CF- and I will liveeach day with joy and gratitudefor everymoment I breathe.
