About this campaign

The Iron Kodiaks need your help to raise funds for their rookie season in the FIRST Robotics Competition. We will be participating in the San Diego regional competition from March 6th to March 8th and need funds for supplies, from solder to stickers.

Shirts will be delivered to the organizer approximately 2 weeks after the close date.

The Iron Kodiaks were founded in September 2013 by five students, one teacher, and four parents. After its most recent round of recruitment, the club has 24 eager members. The President, Neelofer Shaik, conceived the team with previous experience with FRC in the 2011 season as a member of the FIRST team at High Tech High North County in San Marcos, California. The Iron Kodiaks wish to develop students who are dedicated to pursuing a rigorous academic college experience; particularly those strong in math, science and engineering. Through support from both Mission Hills High School and parents, the members of the Iron Kodiaks are pushed towards rewarding and demanding careers. The students are then inspired to continue the mission and spread this inspiration to younger students, so that they may experience even greater motivation and academic opportunities.
